TASTING NOTES: This organic wine is made exclusively from Granache. In the glass, you’ll immediately notice the depth and complexity of this rose -- wild strawberries intersect with rich, mouth-watering watermelon candy, completed with a dash of cucumbers and zesty, sweet lemon on the finish. 

Our favorite pairing with Castell d'Age, Penedès, Fragments Rosat is a Paella, or any simple rice dish.

About The Producer

Castell d'Age is the creation of three generations of women in the Junyent family, located in the Beguda Baixa, in the heart of the Alt Penedes region. Today, they have six farms and two distinct lines—Fragments and natural wines—and they continue to use eco-friendly viticulture to ensure biodiversity
thrives on their land. Pioneers in organic winemaking and biodynamic farming, the results of a philosophy that has been part of their spirit since their inception, Castell d’Age is now run by Anne-Marie’s daughter Olivia and son Josep, who continue to innovate the brand, keeping their family legacy alive through their exceptional wines.
